what is happening at the pond??
I see a backhoe and some work vehicles, along with gravel and drain tubes at the pond. What is being done, does anyone know?

I have heard that the drains are not functioning and that it should not be holding water. I was also told but Petinarro that they must bring the pond up to county standards so they can turn it over to the county.
