yard sale 89 Winchester 5/1/10

I have posted on Craigslist as well that we will be having a yard sale on Saturday May 1st. We usually kick off the festivities around 8AM.

Be Aware of Your Cars and Doors.

This morning, as I went out to start my truck for work (a little after 6AM), I noticed a group of 8 people walking down Winchester Dr. I found it interesting that they were walking very quietly and not talking to each other. I also found it interesting that there would be that many people eager to get up at 6AM just to walk around. And I can tell you they weren't doing it for exercise.. There were at least 2 females as I can recall, and their age range was somewhere in their teens.

I don't know if this is Spring Break for students or not, but usually kids when walking on our street are talking, laughing, making jokes, giving each other playful bumps, etc. There was none of that with this group. My first thought was they might be trying to be quiet so they would go unnoticed while casing some homes.

Sorry for my paranoia but this was just really odd.
