Wenesday night someone stole my Lhasa Apso from my back yard. my kids are really upset that he is gone.I would like to know if anyone seen someone carrying a small white dog near apache and chestnut wednesday evening around 9:00 please let me know he is all white with a red bark collar and recently groomed.410-620-2852
