We need your help to raise funds to landscape the front entrance! We have estimated around $300 per side. Dues for the whole year is only $20 per household. Please contact me at criskolo822@hotmail.com of your block captain to collect the money (cash preferred). We will post all money received and how it was spent on this site. We also need volunteers! I am planning on a small gathering at the front sign this week-end to fine tune any concerns and answer questions. It would be a great time to collect dues. Please, help us spread the word by telling other neighbors that haven't come to the meetings. This would really raise the value of ALL our homes, and would really benefit all those currently trying to sell their homes!

I greatly appreciate the efforts being made in regard to the new sign, however, is there any other provider who might be able to do one slightly more professional in appearance than the wooden one that was there prior? Again, I am very grateful for whomever took the time to fabricate the most recent sign after the original was torn down- however, was there any research done into getting a sign that was professionally manufactured (ie mounted in a brick-face like display, painted, with metal letters, anything like that)? I want to contribute to improve the appearance of our development, however I'd be more content with the money spent if it was for something a little more appealing. Another example I can provide of what I think would be nice would be like the one you see at the entrance to Persimmon Creek. Just my .02!

The idea was mentioned, but it's been a struggle to get the funds for the plants alone... so we decides we may try to get a new sign next year (2010)
